Report an Issue in DA SmartQuest: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow the steps below to report an issue using the DA SmartQuest application:

1. Open the DA SmartQuest application.
2. Click on the Bento (⋮⋮⋮) icon located at the top-right corner of the application.
3. From the menu, select Report an Issue.

4. The Report an Issue modal will open.

4. Enter the details of the issue you are experiencing.
5. Click Submit to send your report.

Once the issue is submitted successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
