My drive has been predicted as at-risk. How can I explore the possible nature of my drive’s problems?

You can explore the possible nature of an at-risk drive's problems by looking at its individual symptoms. You can do this by going to DA Portal, navigating to the at-risk drive, and then going to the THRESHOLD-BASED-ALERTS tab.

From this page, you can check the latest values and value changes of each symptom.

Symptoms that have recently crossed certain thresholds will have an orange trend icon.

You can also refer to the OPERATING SUMMARY tab, which may reveal additional insights such as the drive’s temperature and age.
