How do I locate drives having Alerts in DA Portal?

To locate drives having Alerts in DA Portal:

1. Log in to DA Portal.

2. Click on the bell icon near the top right of the screen. 

3. Click the corresponding "Slot" on the Alerts Page to go to the drive that experienced a particular Alert.

4. You will be taken to the page of the Drive having the Alert. Use the Navigation Bar information and drive metadata fields (such as Serial #) to locate the drive.
